Pedestrian Loses Life Post-Accident
A man lost his life in Phoenix, Arizona last week when he was struck by a vehicle while crossing the road.
The 46-year-old was crossing a busy street when he was struck by a passenger vehicle. Eyewitness reports state that he was running across the street because he thought that his dog had been struck by a car. When police arrived on the scene, they found his body in the roadway but not in the crosswalk. He was declared dead on the scene shortly after.
The driver of the vehicle was evaluated and determined to not be showing any signs of intoxication.
