Plane Crash Kills Local Man

Tragedy struck near an Arizona airport last week when a single-engine plane crashed unexpectedly. One man died as a result of the airplane accident. At this time, police are not releasing his name to the press.

While the pilot passed away, his passenger did survive the crash. He was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. It is uncertain as to what caused the crash but it is actively under investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board and the FAA.
