Three Teenagers Hospitalized after Phoenix Truck Accident
Recently, it was reported that three teenagers are in the hospital after suffering serious injuries during a rollover accident in west Phoenix. The truck accident allegedly took place on Tuesday evening.
Following the collision, a spokesperson with the Phoenix Fire Department revealed that the teenagers had been traveling at a high rate of speed when their sedan was struck by a pickup truck. Both vehicles had been traveling in the same direction near 63rd Avenue.
Police say the driver of the sedan lost control of the vehicle, rolling the car into traffic and eventually colliding with a second pickup truck.
The teenagers inside of the car had to be taken to a local trauma center after suffering serious injuries. The two people inside of the pickup truck were hospitalized, but with minor injuries.
