Car Accident Injures Five Children
On Sunday, multiple people were injured during a three car accident that took place near 67th Avenue and Thomas Road.
Police report that five children were involved in the auto accident and three had to be taken to a local hospital. Additionally, one of the drivers suffered a head injury, but officers report that all of the injuries appeared to be non life threatening.
According to local police, two cars collided after one failed to yield and then they both slammed into a third motor vehicle. Investigators who responded to the accident to not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in a collision.
