Motorcyclist Hit and Killed at Intersection

In the city of Phoenix, police were saddened to report that a motorcyclist was hit and killed at a local intersection during evening hours on Monday.

According to officers, emergency response crews arrived at the scene of the motorcycle accident and immediately rushed the 33-year-old male victim to a nearby hospital. However, his injuries were critical and he later died while receiving treatment.

Investigators working on the case discovered that a SUV failed to give the biker the right of way while driving across the intersection. The two vehicles collided and the motorcyclist was flung from his bike.
