T-Bone Accident Occurs at Phoenix Intersection
In the city of Phoenix, local news sources reported that a woman had to be taken to a local hospital after she suffered serious injuries following a
car accident that took place at a busy intersection.
According to police that arrived at the scene of the collision, the woman was in her 50s and had to be extricated from her car because the accident was so violent in nature. Officers also say that a second victim was transported to a nearby hospital to receive medical treatment. However, it is not known how severe this victim's injuries are at this time.
Video footage obtained from a news helicopter showed a white minivan with extensive front end damage along with a gray automobile with driver's side damage resting in the intersection. Police have reason to believe that the minivan t-boned the gray vehicle.
Police say they are uncertain as to what may have caused the collision, but have plans to continue their investigations.
