Woman Injured after Truck Plows into Her Home

In South Phoenix, it has been reported that a woman suffered serious injuries after a truck drove directly into her residence. Reports indicate that the vehicle was being operated by a driver who suddenly lost control during a driver's education lesson.

According to news sources, the truck accident took place at approximately 3:45 PM. The woman was inside of her kitchen when she suddenly saw a truck plow into the front wall of her residence. The wall was knocked down and police say that they had to dig the woman free from piles of rubble following the crash.

The victim was taken to a local medical facility after suffering multiple injuries, some very serious in nature. The two people inside of the truck escaped the accident without suffering any harm.

At this time, the accident is under investigation, but police do not believe alcohol was involved.
