Driver Booked for Vehicular Manslaughter
This week, news sources throughout the city of Phoenix report that a local driver was placed under arrest by authorities for vehicular manslaughter. Reports indicate that the tragic accident involved a motorcycle and led to the death of a 42-year-old male. The victim of the collision was pronounced dead upon arrival at a nearby hospital.
According to police, the motorcycle accident took place at an intersection at approximately 5:00 AM on Friday. At the time of the accident, the victim as wearing a helmet, but he still sustained

The driver was detained and said to be a 54-year-old woman who showed signs of impairments following the accident.
